Parents/Guardians are invited to an Enrollment Evening on Tuesday, June 24th, from 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm.
We are holding this evening event to provide a time frame for parents and guardians to come into the school to complete the enrollment application, including processing required paperwork and in-person signatures for registration.
Students being enrolled for kindergarten must be 5 years old on or before September 1st, 2025
We will have staff members available to assist with the registration process.
Required documents for registration:
Enrollment Application - can be downloaded at www. ValentineAZ.net or picked up in the school office
*Valid photo ID for parent/guardian
*Child’s original birth certificate
*Updated list of Immunizations
*Custody Documents (if applicable)
*Proof of Residency:
**Deed, lease, or mortgage statement
**Current utility bill (water, electric, or gas)
**Two additional legal documents with current address
**Proof of residency form (if the parent/guardian's name is not on the deed, lease, or mortgage
*Required information that must be provided: Parent/Guardian phone number, email, and address. Must have emergency contacts' phone numbers, emails, and addresses. This information must be kept up-to-date at all times and is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to contact the school to update the information.

Small Schools Track Meet
May 1st beginning at 9:00 am at the Kingman High School Stadium
Multiple events for every grade level
Students must wear new blue with gold eagle Valentine Elementary School Shirt - Shirts will be given to students at the track meet
Lunch provided for students and volunteers
All students must remain with their teacher during the entire track meet
All spectators must remain in the stands during the track meet.
If you are not a volunteer to run an event, you must stay in the bleachers

Future Kindergarten parents/guardians are invited to an Orientation/Registration Night on Wednesday, April 30th, from 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm.
Child must be 5 years old on or before September 1st, 2025.
